Carla Yvonne Murphy

Carla leads the People & Culture team across fusionSpan’s fast-growing, global diverse team to align people practices with organizational culture, values, and strategies. She leads engagement and total rewards programs that scale to retrain and attract talent. Additionally, she manages HR operations and systems, internal communications, talent acquisition, DEI, and works alongside managers to optimize individual and team performance and nurture career development.

Carla has over 17 years of broad experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition in various industries including Technology, Professional Services, Digital Marketing, Hospitality, and Network & Communications. For the last 10 years, she has led people teams, built HR infrastructure from the ground up for high growth companies, and been a part of their senior leadership team. Carla earned her Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Hawai’i at Manoa Shidler College of Business, and is currently based in Chicago, IL.
