Doug Lubey

Doug Lubey serves as the Chief Technology Officer at FusionStak LLC since September 2024, where leadership focuses on technology strategy, scalability, and security for SaaS applications. As Co-Founder of CarbonPosture since May 2023, Doug specializes in Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions and reporting. Previously, Doug held the position of Director of Information Technology at Alliance Safety Council from April 1997 to September 2024, overseeing technology teams that facilitated training for 300,000 students annually while managing various impactful projects including AWS cloud migration, DevOps implementation, and the development of a multi-language Learning Management System. Doug Lubey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management Information Systems and Services from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Jamestown Community College.
