Matt Kennedy has a diverse work experience in various creative and entrepreneurial roles. Matt started in 2008 as a Senior Consultant and Surveyor in an unspecified company, where they worked until 2015. Afterward, they worked as a Creative at Lucky Generals from November 2016 to January 2017, and also as a Creative at Mother from January 2017 to April 2017. In 2018, Matt became the Founder of For Goodness Sake, launching the first Japanese sake made from surplus sushi rice, and selling it exclusively at Sticks'n'Sushi's European restaurants to promote a zero waste strategy. From May 2017 to December 2020, they held the role of Senior Creative at Grey London, leading the conception and execution of brand campaigns for FMCG clients and other businesses. Currently, Matt Kennedy is the CEO & Founder of Fussy, a company focused on sustainable living, particularly through their refillable deodorant product.
Matt Kennedy attended the School of Communication Arts 2.0 from 2015 to 2016. Their field of study was Advertising and Entrepreneurship. Prior to that, they studied Building Design at the University of Bristol from 2010 to 2013, specializing in Architecture and the Built Environment. Before their university studies, they completed their A-Levels at Heart-of-England Comprehensive, achieving an A in Product Design, an A in Maths, and a B in Physics.
