Emma Ferguson ACIPD has over 17 years of work experience in various roles in the field of human resources and executive assistance. Emma'smost recent position was as the Head of People at Future Anthem, which they started in September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of HR at UK Creative Services Limited from February 2020 to July 2022. Before that, they served as the Human Resources Manager at Fledglink from April 2019 to February 2020.

Emma also has significant experience in executive assistance, having worked as a Senior Executive Assistant at OC&C Strategy Consultants from September 2012 to February 2020 and as an Executive Assistant from August 2011 to September 2012.
