Research Theme Lead For Recycling, Reuse And Repurposing at Future Battery Industries Cooperative Research Centre

Aleksandar Nikoloski is a distinguished academic and industry professional specializing in extractive metallurgy, with a career at Murdoch University since September 2003, where positions held include Professor, Associate Professor, and various academic chair roles in Extractive Metallurgy and Chemical and Metallurgical Engineering. Currently a Research Theme Lead for Recycling, Reuse, and Repurposing at the Future Battery Industries Cooperative Research Centre, Aleksandar focuses on developing sustainable practices in battery recycling within the circular economy. Previous experience includes roles at BHP Billiton and Queensland Nickel, as well as contributions to local education through a school board membership at Camboon Primary School. Aleksandar holds a PhD in Metallurgical Engineering and has extensive qualifications in the field, including degrees from Murdoch University and Ss. Cyril and Methodius University.
