Mirjana Arlaud

Mirjana Arlaud is a seasoned professional in business administration and project management with extensive experience spanning various sectors. As the Founder and CEO of Future by Design since September 2018, Mirjana has been responsible for strategic planning and embedding organizational values. Currently, as a Board Member and Investor at Rezilient, Mirjana provides strategic guidance to enhance employee mental health and well-being globally. Previous roles at UNDP included serving as an Advisor on Strengthening Sustainability in the Health Sector in Developing Countries and managing projects related to sustainable procurement. Additional experience includes leadership in organizing international events, such as the Exclusive Autumn International Wine Festival, and participation in business negotiations in Europe. Mirjana holds Master's degrees in Economics and Management in Innovation and Technology from Università Bocconi and in Management of Innovation and Business Development from Copenhagen Business School, along with an undergraduate degree in Finance, Banking, and Insurance from the University of Novi Sad.
