Ganesh Ram S has a extensive work experience in the field of recruitment and staffing. Ganesh began their career in 2006 at Marlabs Software Pvt Ltd, where they worked as a Deputy Manager-Staffing. During their tenure, they were responsible for managing a team of recruiters and overseeing the full resourcing life-cycle for various projects. Ganesh also played a key role in generating requirements from existing customers and conducting appraisal discussions. In 2014, they joined ALTEN Calsoft Labs as a Deputy Recruitment Manager, where they handled a team of recruiters and vendors, as well as managed 10 accounts on offshore and onsite models.
