Jutoria M. Aaron

Jutoria M. Aaron is an experienced project manager and senior project coordinator with a strong background in leadership development and youth mentorship. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Future Founders since October 2022, Jutoria previously held the position of Senior Project Coordinator at Westlawn Youth Network from 2014 to the present, where responsibilities include overseeing youth programs and collaborating with directors to enhance program effectiveness. Jutoria began working at Westlawn Youth Network in a Junior/Adult Leader Internship from 2010 to 2014, supervising and facilitating activities for youth aged 7-17. Additionally, Jutoria worked as a Personal Assistant at The Get it Together Mentoring Group, mentoring youth and coordinating extracurricular activities with Chicago Public Schools. Jutoria holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Monmouth College, attained in 2018.
