Laura Ryan

Laura Ryan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and design. As a Partner - Strategy at Mentally Friendly since February 2013, Laura has successfully designed and executed innovation approaches for clients, developed evidence-based value propositions, and enhanced teams' strategic capabilities. Previously, Laura held roles such as Strategy Director and Digital Strategy Lead, focusing on creating usable digital products for varied clienteles, ranging from agile start-ups to global corporations. In addition to strategic roles, Laura contributes to education as an Industry Teacher at Tractor Design School and has held positions in account planning and strategic planning at The Works Sydney and PLAY Communication, respectively. Laura holds a Bachelor of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Technology Sydney.
