Michael Gatewood

Michael Gatewood is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in desktop administration and field service support. Currently serving as a Sr. Desktop Administrator at Future Technologies Inc. since June 2021, Michael is responsible for the installation, testing, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware and software systems. Previous roles include Lead Field Service Technician at Peraton and Perspecta, where Michael trained new staff and provided desktop support on the Next Generation Enterprise Network (NGEN). Additionally, experience as a Systems Administrator at Insight Global and a Computer Analyst at SOC LLC showcases skills in independent work and technical problem resolution. Prior to these IT roles, Michael held managerial positions as Quality Control Manager and Project Manager at Colonial Parking and served in the US Navy. Education was completed at Osbourn Park Senior High School.
