Carla Habib-Mourad is an accomplished academic and professional in the fields of nutrition and wellness. With a career spanning over two decades, Carla serves as an Assistant Research Professor at the American University of Beirut since 2003 and holds the position of Lead Scientist for the Nestle For Healthier Kids - Ajyal Salima Initiative since 2010. Additionally, Carla is the owner of Carla’s Good Food, established in 2009, and has authored several books under Carla's Healthy Recipes/Carla's Nutrition Secrets since 2001. Carla's expertise is further demonstrated through a continuous role as a Chronicle at Future Television since 1997. Educationally, Carla earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Foods, Nutrition, and Wellness Studies from Durham University between 2008 and 2013 and holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from the American University of Beirut.
