Simon Jenkinson has a strong background in digital marketing and user experience design. Simon started their career as a Digital Designer and Developer at Xchange / Henderson Grime, where they played a key role in the development of an award-winning Interactive CD-Rom for Barrs Drinks. Simon then joined AMX / Arnold Interactive as a UX Designer and Interactive Project Manager, where they worked on projects for companies like Samsung Electronics, Thistle Hotels, and Barclays Wealth. Simon later became Interactive Manager at AMX / Arnold Interactive, where they led the scoping and managing of digital programs and advertising campaigns. After that, they co-founded Folk Creative Ltd, a digital marketing SME, where they served as the Co-Founder and Head of UX. During their time at Folk Creative, Simon led a team of 28 and managed third-party technology vendors while working on projects for Conservative.com, Philips Electronics, and Blue Inc. Most recently, Simon worked at FutureBrand as the Digital Director before being promoted to the Director of Brand Management.
Simon Jenkinson completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Oxford Brookes University, specializing in Business Administration, Marketing, Management and Operations. Prior to that, they earned a Merit degree in Higher National Diploma in Design & Media from Newcastle College in 1997. In 1995, they obtained an A-level degree in English from Scarborough College. In 1994, Simon achieved a Merit degree in GNVQ Graphic Design from Yorkshire Coast College.
