Philipp Geres

Philipp Geres is a Senior Consultant at FutureCamp Climate GmbH since August 2023, having previously served as a Project Manager at the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH for the Sino-German Energy Partnership, where bilateral cooperation for renewable energy transition was promoted from December 2018 to December 2022. Philipp also held positions as a Junior Advisor for the Sino-German Climate Partnership, focusing on climate policy dialogue, and as an Assistant at FutureCamp in 2018, contributing to climate policy consultancy projects. Prior experience includes a Project Assistant internship at GIZ and an internship at the German Federal Foreign Office in Taiwan. Philipp holds an MSc in Environment and Development from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Governance and Public Policy from Universität Passau, alongside a year abroad at Zhejiang University studying Chinese language and culture.
