Mathew Moore

Mathew Moore has extensive experience in technology and support roles, currently serving as a Solution Specialist at Future Digital 360 since January 2015, focusing on VoIP installation and network system administration for small and medium-sized businesses. Previous roles include Technical Support Engineer at DHL, where responsibilities involved assisting customers with technical issues related to the company's website and products, and U-Verse Technician at Pace, providing support for AT&T's phone, internet, and television services. Mathew also has experience as a VoIP Technician at J-Curve Technologies, an Information Technology Specialist in the US Army with communications responsibilities during deployment in Afghanistan, and various technician roles at Sir D Technology INC and Mesa Community College, where customer troubleshooting and campus security were key duties.
