Christi Pizarek

Christi Pizarek is a professional certified coach and consultant with extensive experience in leadership coaching, team facilitation, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Co-Lead for the International Coaching Federation's 40 & Under Member Resource Group and as Founder & Principal Coach at inTension Coaching & Consulting, Christi specializes in guiding senior leaders and teams through their challenges and milestones. Previously, Christi held the position of Vice President of Team & Leadership Coaching at Starcom, where over 800 hours of coaching experience were accumulated, and was actively involved in initiatives like The Equity Collective and the Starcom Working Parents Network. Christi holds a BA in Strategic Communication and Visual Communication Design from The Ohio State University and certification from CRR Global and the Coaches Training Institute.
