Alice Goodall

Alice Goodall is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in customer communications and outreach initiatives. Currently serving as the Customer Communications Lead at Futures Housing Group since March 2020, Alice manages various communication channels, including newsletters, social media, and websites. Prior roles include Communications Officer for the DANCOP initiative at the University of Derby, where Alice oversaw internal and external communication strategies, and earlier positions at the University of Derby Online Learning and the University of Birmingham, focusing on admissions and IT support. Alice holds a Master of Arts in Creative Writing from The Open University and a Bachelor's Degree in English and American Literature from the University of Birmingham.
