Carolyne Ouya

Carolyne Ouya is an experienced program manager and specialist in trauma-informed services, currently employed at Futures Without Violence since January 2021, where responsibilities include providing national training and technical assistance to victim service agencies on support for survivors of human trafficking. Previous roles include Director of Strategic Partnerships & Sustainability at Access Youth & Immigration Services and Co-Chair of the Domestic Violence Task Force within the San Diego Refugee Forum, which advocates for the refugee community. Carolyne's background encompasses various positions focused on community health and outreach, including work with UC San Diego Health System and as a Residential Health & Wellness Specialist at InnVigorate. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Santa Clara University, a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California, and a Master of Arts in Marriage, Couples, and Family Therapy from The Chicago School.
