Dave Loeser

Dave Loeser has a diverse work history that spans over two decades. Currently, they are the Founder of FutureSolve, a company that specializes in providing trusted technology solutions and advisory services to help companies prepare for the future. In addition, Dave serves as an Advisor on the Human Resources Committee at KICA.

Previously, Dave held various leadership roles in prominent organizations. From 2006 to present, they have been the President of Interim' LLC. Dave served as a Board Member at NewDay USA, where they held the positions of Executive Vice President and Vice Chairman from 2016 to 2020.

Earlier in their career, Dave held senior executive positions at companies such as Unisys, Mitel Networks, Hostess Brands Inc., Celanese, CompuCom Systems, and Quaker State. Notably, at Unisys, Dave served as the Sr. Vice President of Worldwide Human Resources from 2013 to 2018. Dave'sroles at these companies encompassed various leadership responsibilities, including driving organizational growth and innovation in the rapidly evolving technology industry.

Dave Loeser has a Master's degree in an unspecified field of study from USC, University of Toledo, and Drexel. Dave obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Management from the University of South Carolina - The Moore School of Business in 1977. Subsequently, they pursued an MBA in Management from The University of Toledo from 1980 to 1983. Prior to these degrees, Loeser attended Drexel University from 1978 to 1980, focusing on Labor studies.
