Roberta Farrell

Roberta Farrell has a diverse work experience in the travel and transportation industry. Roberta is currently the Head of Operations at Futurestay since March 2023. Previously, they held the position of Head of Operations at Buster from April 2017 to December 2023, and also Head of Operations at Global Charter Services Inc., the parent company of Buster, BusBank, and FestDrive, during the same period. Additionally, they served as the Director of Operations and Business Development at Buster.com from April 2017 to February 2022. Before that, they worked as a Freelance Consultant in the Travel Industry from November 2016 to April 2017. Their earlier experiences include roles at Priceline.com as the Director of Customer Care, Air and Vacation Packages from November 1999 to November 2016, and at Direct Travel as the Director of On-Site Operations, National Account Manager, and Branch Manager at Macys from 1992 to 1999.

Roberta Farrell attended the Boyd School in 1981, where they studied Tourism and Travel Services Management. In 1980, they also attended Penn State Altoona, focusing on Accounting and Finance. Additionally, Roberta obtained a certification as a Certified ARC Manager from the Airline Reporting Corp.
