Victoria Foster

Victoria Foster has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Victoria co-founded FutureWomenX in 2018, where they hold the position of Co-Founder & Chief Catalyst. Prior to that, they worked at Better Future from 2013 to 2018 as the U.S. Co-Founder & Partner. Victoria also served as the Portfolio Lead for Healthy Food Commerce Investments at the Wholesome Wave Foundation in 2012. Before that, they embarked on a four-year international development and global adventure, living, volunteering, studying, and traveling across South & Central America, Asia, Europe, and the U.S. During this time, they pursued a Master's degree at University College London and worked as a Strategy Consultant on the Future of Learning. Victoria also worked as a Vice President at Credit Suisse from 2002 to 2009 in M&A and Corporate Finance. In 2007, they briefly joined The Foundation for Young Australians (FYA) as the Stakeholder Relationships & Partnerships Manager, where they launched the Worlds of Work program. Victoria Foster has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University and a Master of Science degree in Urban Development & Planning from UCL.
