Micaiah K

Micaiah K has worked in various roles over the past few years. In 2020, they began working as a Customer Care Associate at FutureYou Cambridge. In 2018, they became an Executive & Operations Assistant at K-OS VISUALS, where their role was to assist in the quality of content produced for clients. From 2013 to 2018, Micaiah K worked at Glover Priest Solicitors Limited as a Legal Secretary and Legal Administrator. As a Legal Secretary, they were responsible for training new members of staff and liaising with other law firms and organisations. As a Legal Administrator, they welcomed clients to the office, filtered phone calls, and assisted solicitors.

Micaiah K completed a GCSE from Weavers School between 2009 and 2013. They also have certifications in Business Administration Level 2, Customer Service Level 2, and Leadership and Mentoring from STARTING OFF (NORTHAMPTON) LIMITED and SEMLEP, respectively.
