Santosh S. has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 1998, Santosh worked as Chief Consultant for MITCON Consultancy and Engineering Services Ltd., providing expertise in international business and trade promotion. In 2000, Santosh joined Universal Software Corporation as Director of Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, where they also served as Director of Consulting Services and Sales Manager. Santosh's responsibilities included international business development, recruitment, and revenue management. From 2018 to 2020, Santosh worked as an Advisor at MIT ADT University, focusing on international relations and industry interface. Santosh also served as a Mentor and Advisor for international business at AutoNebula from 2017 to 2021. In 2021, Santosh took on the role of Director of Global Talent Acquisition at New York Technology Partners. Most recently, Santosh has held the positions of VP of Global Talent Acquisition at both Futurism Technologies, INC. and JivaForce Corporation starting in 2022.
