André Santos

André Santos has a strong background in technology and engineering. André started their career as a Research Fellow at Instituto de Telecomunicações in 2007, where they worked until 2008. Following this, they joined People's Conseil - Tecnologias de Informação, Lda as a VoIP/Asterisk and Network Engineer from 2008 to 2009. Afterwards, they worked at Versão Integral, Lda as a Support Engineer for eight years, starting in 2009 and ending in 2017. Currently, André is employed at Fuze as a CloudOps/DevOps Engineer, a role they have been in since 2017.

André Santos completed an Engineer Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Universidade de Aveiro. André studied at the university from 2000 to 2007. In addition to their degree, André also earned two additional certifications. In August 2008, they obtained the dCAP (Digium Certified Asterisk Professional) certification from Digium. Later, in December 2010, André obtained the ITIL v3 Foundation Certification from EXIN.
