Elisa Gilmartin

As Chief People Officer for Fuze, Elisa is responsible for championing a culture of innovation and designing strategies to attract, develop, and retain world-class talent, while continuing to strengthen an environment of high-performance and collaboration.

Elisa brings more than 20 years of proven experience driving human capital transformation initiatives that enable growth and scalability at technology and SaaS companies. Most recently, Elisa was chief human resources officer (CHRO) at robotics technology company, Symbotic, and previously served as CHRO at EzeSoftware and Polycom. Throughout her career, Elisa also held positions with EMC, BankBoston Securities, Fidelity Investments, and Bank of New England.

Elisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the State University of New York at Oswego.
