Lj Roberts

LJ Roberts has a diverse work experience in the field of enablement and training. They started their career at Sprint in 2006 as a Technical Trainer I, where they developed training materials and conducted professional-grade on-site and webinar training sessions for Sprint's general business customers, enterprise customers, and internal staff. They continued to work at Sprint, progressing to the role of Technical Trainer II and then Technical Trainer III until December 2015.

In 2016, LJ Roberts joined Fuze as a Fuze Certified Technical Trainer and stayed in that role until April 2017. They then served as a Client Enablement Specialist from May 2017 to April 2018 before becoming a Client Enablement Team Lead from May 2018 to March 2019. Finally, at Fuze, they held the role of Manager, Global Enablement from April 2019.

Most recently, LJ Roberts joined GoTo in May 2022 as a Partner Enablement Manager.

LJ Roberts obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Cumberland University, where they attended from 1992 to 1996. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Macon County High School from 1988 to 1992. LJ Roberts has also obtained multiple certifications in various areas, including e-learning essentials, instructional design, customer success management, and project management skills, among others. These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn, with the most recent certification acquired in March 2023.
