Hyun Hong

Hyun Hong currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Group Risk Management and Group Financial Planning & Analysis at FWD Insurance, a position held since October 2021. Prior experience includes working as an Associate Director at AIA from July 2019 to October 2021 and as Regional Director and Regional Actuary/Senior Manager at MetLife between December 2017 and July 2019. Prior to these roles, Hyun Hong was employed at PwC from January 2011 to November 2017, with positions ranging from Manager in Actuarial Insurance & Management Solutions to Senior Consultant. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Associate in Financial Advisory at PwC Korea and as an Open Source Analyst & Translator for the Defense Intelligence Command of the Korean Army. Hyun Hong holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Economics and Mathematics from Washington University in St. Louis.
