Julie Chow

Julie joined FWD in 2017 and leads people, organisation and human resources (HR) strategy. She drives the wellbeing and growth of people by fostering a caring and performance driven culture across the Group. Julie brings more than 25 years of experience – gained from leading diverse teams across Asia Pacific with companies including Zurich Insurance, Royal Bank of Scotland Group, HSBC, and Cathay Pacific Airways. She has broad experience across a range of HR areas including total rewards, employee wellbeing, performance management, talent acquisition and management, and HR business partnering. Julie holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Business Administration from the University of British Columbia.
