Nikhil Agarwal

Nikhil Agarwal is an experienced business analyst and manager with a strong background in the insurance and technology sectors. Currently working at FWD Insurance since February 2020, Nikhil leads junior business analysts in launching new insurance products on the FWD mobile app and collaborates with stakeholders to transform high-level requirements into detailed change requests. Prior to this role, Nikhil served as a consultant and business analyst at Sapiens from April 2013 to February 2020, where system configurations for straight-through processing claim transactions were defined. Nikhil's early experience includes an internship at Maruti Suzuki India Limited. Nikhil holds a Post Graduate Program in Management, Marketing and IT from IBS Bangalore and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Gautam Buddha University.
