Fadia LAGHA

Fadia Lagha has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Fadia started their career in 2015 as a Project Coordinator at Aman Bank for Commerce & Investment, where they played a crucial role in the migration of the IBANK information system to the new ORACLE FLEXCUBE information system. Fadia remained in this position until 2017.

In 2018, Lagha joined Leoni, where they held multiple roles. Fadia started as a Service Desk Employee, responsible for providing support to employees worldwide regarding their IS/IT topics. Lagha also participated in the implementation of ServiceNow and served as a ServiceNow Administrator. Fadia was involved in various projects, such as Kaba Project and onfire Lab Mentor Program. Lagha's tenure at Leoni continued until 2022.

Currently, Lagha is working as a Business Process Consultant at FX Innovation, starting in 2022.

Throughout their career, Lagha has gained expertise in business process consulting, ServiceNow implementation, project coordination, and IT support.

Fadia Lagha obtained a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the High University of Mathematics and Computer Monastir. This degree was earned from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2012, Fadia Lagha acquired a Licentiate degree in Computer Software Engineering from the same university.

In addition to the formal education, Fadia Lagha also holds various certifications. These certifications include the Performance Analytics Micro-Certification, CSM with Service Management for Implementers Micro-Certification, ServiceNow IntegrationHub Fundamentals Micro-Certification, ServiceNow Flow Designer Micro-Certification, ServiceNow Rome Delta - Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) Fundamentals Micro-Certification, and the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator. These certifications were earned between 2019 and 2021.
