Geneviève Desrochers

Geneviève Desrochers has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Geneviève'smost recent role was as the Senior Director and Partner of Human Resources at FX Innovation, where they provided strategic guidance and support for talent development and integrated management. Geneviève also served as the Director of Cloud Solutions at the same company. Prior to this, they worked as a mentor in the "Parcours de leadership Carabins" program at Les Carabins and as the General Manager of Marketing Quebec at BMO Groupe financier. Furthermore, they held various leadership positions at Dairy Farmers of Canada, Mamanpourlavie.com, Banque Nationale du Canada, Cognicase, and CIBC, where they gained expertise in marketing, product management, and project management.

Geneviève Desrochers is currently pursuing a Programme d'entrainement au coaching professionnel (PECP) at Coaching de Gestion, which they started in 2022 and is expected to complete in 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a BAA degree in Marketing from the Université de Sherbrooke, where they studied from 1994 to 1997.
