Naheed Sultana

Naheed Sultana's work experience begins in 2013 as a Software Engineer Intern at Kwick High Tech and Solutions. They then worked as a Software Engineer at Diyatech from August 2013 to January 2015. Next, Naheed worked as a Prototyping Developer at Zong CMPak Ltd from January 2015 to June 2017.

In 2017, Naheed joined Teradata as a Software Developer for ServiceNow from July 2017 to May 2018. They then worked as an Associate Software Engineer for ServiceNow from June 2018 to June 2019. Afterward, Naheed served as a Software Engineer for ServiceNow from July 2019 to June 2021, and subsequently as a Senior Software Engineer for ServiceNow from July 2021 to April 2022.

Starting in 2020, Naheed worked as a ServiceNow Freelance Consultant on Upwork, providing development and consultation support for client projects until January 2023.

Naheed's current work experience is with FX Innovation, where they began as a ServiceNow Freelance Consultant from July 2021 to March 2022. Later, Naheed worked as a Business Process Consultant from April 2022 to August 2022, and then as a Business Process Consultant & Functional Lead from August 2022 to January 2023. Currently, Naheed holds the position of Functional Lead for ServiceNow ITSM and Analytics & AI at FX Innovation, starting in January 2023.

Naheed Sultana completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Arid Agriculture University from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career, including the Teradata 14 Certified Professional from Teradata in September 2017, the Certified System Administrator from ServiceNow in July 2020, the Micro-Certification - Automated Test Framework from ServiceNow in November 2020, the Certified Application Developer from ServiceNow in November 2020, the DevOps Foundations: Incident Management from LinkedIn in February 2021, the Micro-Certification - Performance Analytics from ServiceNow in April 2021, the ITIL® Foundation 4 First Look from LinkedIn in September 2021, the ITIL v4 Foundation from PeopleCert in November 2021, and the Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management and Certified Application Specialist - Performance Analytics from ServiceNow in March 2023.
