London Hicks

London Hicks is an accomplished professional currently serving as a Safety Sitter at Wellstar Health System since March 2024. As Vice President of Approaching Grace at Spelman College, London plays a crucial role in empowering women through faith-based support. Additional experience includes positions as a Programming Board Member at FX Physical Therapy, Clinic Assistant, Mentor at Every Girl Shines, and Volunteer at Winship Cancer Institute of Emory University. With a strong commitment to community service, London is also the Co-Counseling Chair for the Hope Mental Health Club at Spelman. Previous experience includes a summer internship at Duke University School of Nursing, where London gained valuable insights into health disparities and nursing practices, as well as working as a Retail Cashier at Old Navy. London is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Women's Studies at Spelman College, expected to graduate in May 2025, and holds a high school diploma from Garrison Forest School.
