Brenda Frandina

Brenda Frandina, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished Human Resources Leader with extensive experience in talent acquisition, management, learning and development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Currently at FXI since June 2021, Brenda contributes to a company recognized for its innovative comfort solutions across multiple markets. Prior to FXI, Brenda served as a Senior Management Consultant and Founding Principal at Greenwood Advisory Services, where leadership development strategies were enhanced to create new revenue opportunities. Brenda's career also includes a significant tenure as Director at IMS Health, where methodologies for compliance audits were developed to mitigate financial risks. Brenda holds a Bachelor of Science in Decision Support and Information Sciences from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Harvard University.
