Steve Rosenberg serves as the Vice President of New Product Development at FXI since October 2021, bringing extensive experience from a distinguished career at W. L. Gore & Associates, where roles included Global Product Executive for GORE-TEX INFINIUM THERMIUM Footwear, Global Category Manager for GORE-TEX Footwear, and Business Leader for Gore Defense & Aerospace Cable Solutions. At W. L. Gore & Associates, achievements included driving product innovation, managing multimillion-dollar P&L responsibilities, and successfully launching new business segments. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. in Finance from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware, a Strategic Marketing Essentials program at The Wharton School, and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware.
