Tuan Newlin is a seasoned manufacturing engineer with extensive experience in continuous improvement and process optimization across various industries. Currently serving as a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer at FXI since November 2022, Tuan's prior roles include CI Engineer, Business Analyst, and HubSpot CRM Technologist at Ruoff Mortgage, and Sr. Director of Continuous Improvement at Aunt Millie's Bakeries. Tuan has also held positions such as CI Manager at Lear Corporation and Value Stream Manager at Trelleborg Sealing Solutions. With expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, Tuan has contributed to organizations such as Parkview Health, Vera Bradley, Dana Corporation, Navistar, and Dura Automotive, focusing on driving efficiency and cost savings. Tuan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University Fort Wayne and possesses a Lean office certification from the University of Michigan.
