Judith Dehnert

Judith Dehnert has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Judith started their career at Radio NRJ GmbH in 2009, where they served as a Human Resources Generalist and was responsible for various HR functions such as personnel administration, budgeting, change management, and implementation of training programs. Judith also ensured compliance with labor laws and HR processes, handled administrative requests, and managed external partnerships. In 2016, Judith joined Digital Turbine as the Director of Human Resources. Judith then moved to Fyber, where they held multiple roles including Head of Human Resources Europe, HR Business Partner, and HR Manager. In these positions, they provided guidance to managers, led HR projects, managed payroll and HR information systems, supported talent acquisition, and contributed to organizational development and process improvement.

Judith Dehnert holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Personalmanagement, which they obtained from GoBS - Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Verwaltung, where they studied from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they pursued Personalmanagement studies as a Personalmanagement-Ökonomin at VWA Berlin from 2010 to 2012. Judith completed their secondary education at Gauß-Gymnasium, receiving their Abitur in 2007.
