Erik van de Water is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and project management. Previously, Erik held the role of Manager of Digital Projects and Interim Manager at Covebo Uitzendgroep, where responsibilities included implementing a new planning program. Erik also contributed as a Project Manager at ASA Talent, focusing on developing a national proposition for the hospitality sector. Erik's long tenure at Randstad spanned multiple roles, including Senior Rayon Manager, where efforts concentrated on establishing a specialty in hospitality in Amsterdam. Additionally, Erik managed the operations of Exspa Nijkerk, overseeing the Sports Hall Corlaer.
