Mark Westra

Mark Westra serves as the Digital Marketing Manager at Fygi since December 2021, focusing on enhancing recruitment marketing services, strategic decisions related to recruitment technology and AI, and developing creative campaigns and KPIs for both short and long-term results. Mark has also been a keynote speaker and trainer on AI, tech, and recruitment marketing since March 2022, leveraging a strong background in digital marketing and recruitment to make complex technology accessible. Previous roles include Performance Manager at Adwise, where responsibilities included account management and developing digital marketing strategies, and Business Manager Online Marketing at De Nieuwe Zaak, overseeing online marketing strategies and branding. Mark has extensive experience in event marketing and production, notable for DJing and producing house music since 2005, contributing to events across the Netherlands. Mark holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Saxion University and has completed various professional development courses.
