Brian Conway has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Brian currently serves as the VP of Operations at FYR Diagnostics since December 2020. Prior to this, Brian Conway had a distinguished career in the US Navy, where they held various roles. From March 2016 to January 2020, they served as the Senior Managing Director and was responsible for overseeing a team of 35 military, government service, and contract personnel, managing $240M+ military assets, and an operating budget of $1.2M+. During this time, they directed successful operations and planning for the Littoral Surveillance Radar System (LSRS) program. Brian also served as the Program Manager of a multi-agency functional working group and co-chaired the P-8A Advanced Airborne Sensor (AAS) panel.

From March 2010 to October 2011, Brian Conway served as the Department General Manager at Patrol Squadron 5 (VP-5) in Jacksonville, FL. In this role, they directed 200+ maintenance personnel and managed procurement activities for equipment and materials valued at $324M. Brian also served as the Training Department Head and Officer-in-Charge for a detachment in El Salvador.

From February 2007 to October 2009, Brian Conway served as the Department Manager and Detachment Officer in Charge at NATOPS Fleet Support Unit Ten (FSU-10) in Whidbey Island, WA. Brian mobilized and focused the NATOPS department and improved training and evaluation processes.

Brian Conway also served as an Instructor at Patrol Squadron Thirty and Fleet Replacement Squadron (FRS) from March 2004 to February 2005. Brian led the P-8A Poseidon Fleet Integration Team and oversaw student training.

Additionally, Brian Conway worked as a Program Manager for Naval Flight Officer Training from October 2000 to March 2004. Brian developed and trained Naval Flight Officers in various areas and provided task analysis for the development of the next-generation aircraft.

Their undergraduate education took place at the United States Naval Academy, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics from 1994 to 1998. Additionally, Brian has obtained various certifications, including the Commander (O5) - Naval Flight Officer certification from the US Navy, Resource Management and Analysis (3000P) certification from the US Navy, and a Top Secret Security Clearance (SCI) from the US Government.
