Madeleine Scott

Madeleine Scott has a diverse work experience in the field of ballet and sales and marketing. Madeleine co-founded and currently serves as the Founder, Executive Director, and Artistic Director of South Dakota Ballet. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Sales and Marketing at FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers. Madeleine also worked there as a Pilates Instructor. In addition, Madeleine Scott served as a Ballet Teacher at Dance Gallery Of South Dakota. Madeleine has also had a brief experience as a Corps de Ballet member at Sacramento Ballet.

Madeleine Scott attended the University of Utah from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Government. Madeleine also pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Ballet-Teaching Emphasis at the same university. In terms of additional certifications, they received a Dance Funding Proposals certification from the National Dance Education Organization (NDEO) in 2019 and obtained a CPR Certification from the Beresford Fire Dept. in January 2019.
