Nicolas Leininger

Nicolas Leininger has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Directeur at G. Bianchi AG since September 2009, where previous roles included Vize-Direktor and Key-Account-Manager. Prior to this, Nicolas held the position of Betriebsleiter at Compass Group from January 2000 to August 2009. Earlier career milestones include serving as Küchenchef at Restaurant Schloss Schartenfels and holding various culinary positions such as Junior Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, and Demi Chef De Partie across multiple establishments. Nicolas started the professional journey as a Koch and completed culinary training as Lehrling at HOTEL RESTAURANT VILLE DE PARIS from July 1990 to July 1992.
