Ryan Kelly is an experienced construction professional with a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from Kansas State University. Kelly has served as an Assistant Project Manager at GE Johnson Construction Company since January 2022, managing high-profile tenant improvement projects such as the Grandview Spa at Snow King Mountain Resort and the renovation of the Jackson Recreation Center. Previously, as a Senior Project Engineer, Kelly managed substantial projects including the $93 million University of Wyoming Science Initiative Building, focusing on site safety, procurement, and project coordination.
