Andrea Valeria Ruz

Andrea Valeria Ruz is a seasoned professional in human resources and payroll management, currently serving as Payroll and Global Projects Manager at Liberty Latin America since September 2019. Previously, Andrea held various roles within the same company, including Payroll Operations Manager for LATAM, USA, and PR, and Regional Payroll Administrator. Prior to Liberty Latin America, Andrea worked at Philips from May 2017 to August 2019 as an HR Support and Payroll Specialist, where responsibilities included supporting HR activities and coordinating policies. Andrea's career began at ENEX as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant and continued at AIESEC as a Talent Development Manager. Andrea holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from OBS Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Universidad Andres Bello.
