Vicente Pegado

Vicente Pegado has extensive work experience, starting in 2005 as an Innovation and Business Development Consultant at SAG - Soluções Automóvel Globais. Vicente then worked at A.T. Kearney as a Business Analyst and later as a Senior Business Analyst. From 2009 to 2011, they were an Associate at Strategos. Vicente joined McKinsey & Company in 2011, where they held various roles, including Associate, Engagement Manager, and Associate Partner.

In 2018, Vicente moved to Cable & Wireless | part of LLA portfolio as VP Business Operations, overseeing commercial operations and supporting growth across markets. Vicente then held the position of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Cable & Wireless Panama in 2020. In 2021, they became VP Transformation and Growth at Cable & Wireless Communications | part of LLA portfolio.

Currently, Vicente Pegado is the VP of Customer Experience at Liberty Latin America, leading customer operations and experience across all portfolio companies and business lines.

Vicente Pegado received their Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, completing their studies from 1999 to 2005.
