Jeremy Mardon is a seasoned professional with a strong background in theoretical particle physics and machine learning for algorithmic trading. Currently serving as a Senior Quant Researcher at G-Research since August 2016, Mardon focuses on machine learning research. Prior to this role, Mardon was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Stanford University from July 2011 to June 2016, collaborating on research in theoretical particle physics and designing new Dark Matter detection experiments. Mardon also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Graduate Student Researcher at UC Berkeley from 2006 to May 2011, teaching courses and conducting research in theoretical particle physics. Mardon holds a PhD in Theoretical Particle Physics from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MPhys in Physics from the University of Oxford.
