Bob Alpigini

Robert Alpigini serves as the Chief of Strategic Initiatives and Chief of Staff at G2 Ops, Inc. since September 2021, where responsibilities include providing strategic guidance to leadership and facilitating communications and resource allocation. Additionally, Robert holds the position of Senior Program Manager at Cape Henry Collegiate and serves as Head Varsity Coed Crew Coach at Causeway Partners LLC, which Robert has led since July 2019. Robert's prior roles include President at Causeway Partners LLC, Chief Strategy Officer at Advanced Marine Vehicles, COO and Partner at Ridgeline Partners, and various leadership positions in the U.S. Navy, culminating in Commanding Officer of USS STOUT. Robert's education includes a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy.
