Charlotte Bates

Charlotte Bates has extensive experience in operations and management, currently serving as Operations Support Manager at G4S since May 2008, where previous roles included Senior Cashier and Administrator. Prior to G4S, Charlotte worked at Randstad as Agency Staff at G4S and held a management position as Bar Manager at CANDU ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED, overseeing three bars in a nightclub. Initial roles included Retail Cashier at Pets at Home and Customer Care Professional at Morrisons. Charlotte Bates has pursued education from the Chartered Management Institute, achieving a Level 3 Management Apprenticeship, and is currently enrolled at Northumbria University for a Master's degree in Project Management.
