Joshua McWaters

Joshua McWaters is currently serving as the IT Operations and Digital Platform Manager at G8 Education Ltd since November 2022, focusing on the management and optimization of Microsoft 365 applications, as well as overseeing Active Directory and Azure Active Directory environments. Previous roles include Enterprise IT Service Desk Manager at Edmundson Electrical Ltd and IT Operations/Service Desk Manager at Retail Food Group, along with significant experience at Michael Hill managing global and regional IT service desks. Joshua's earlier career includes positions as a L2 Systems Engineer and SAN Engineer at Barclays and Bank of America, respectively. Joshua holds a BSc in Software Development from The Open University, completed in 2016.
