Monica Tovar

Monica Tovar has held various roles in the HR industry since 1994. Monica started their career as an Education/Meetings Assistant at the Houston Apartment Association. Monica then moved on to Aetna as a Customer Service Representative before joining Synhrgy HR Technologies as a Benefits Outsourcing Team Lead. After Synhrgy was acquired by Mercer, Monica became a Project Manager, specializing in Leaves of Absence. Currently, at G&A Partners, Monica serves as the Director of Client Onboarding, with prior roles including Client Onboarding/Implementation Manager, Implementation Team Lead, Senior HR Advisor, and Payroll Specialist.
