Callum Ward

Callum Ward has a strong background in legal and compliance, corporate secretarial work, and governance. From 2012 to 2013, they volunteered as a Governance Volunteer at Headway - the brain injury association. Callum then worked as a Company Secretarial Assistant at Senior plc from 2013 to 2015. In 2016, Callum joined Clyde & Co as a Company Secretarial Assistant before being promoted to Assistant Company Secretary in 2017 and then to Company Secretary in 2018. In 2020, Callum joined GAC Group as the Group Corporate Secretary before being promoted to the role of Group Director, Legal and Compliance in 2023.

Callum Ward completed their education with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Portsmouth in 2012. In 2013, they pursued further studies at the University of Portsmouth and obtained an LLM in Corporate Governance and Law/GradICSA. In 2016, Callum obtained certification as an ACIS from ICSA: The Governance Institute. Callum later earned the title of FCG from The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland in 2022. Recently, from 2021 to 2023, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Strat Marketing, Leadership, Economics, Strategy, Finance, Proj Management, and HR from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University.
